When you wake up in the morning, KA-POW! You expect all other members of the house to jump from bed and get moving. I love it. I love that zest for life. You’re fully toilet trained. It happened quite naturally. And now you’re pretty happy to no longer wear PullUps…. This is absolutely wonderful and I know Gabrielle will love reading it as she grows….. love the happy chair comment. i could use that for me and the children. thanks. i love your note about your technique of the “happy chair” and how you’re teaching her that she has personal power over her emotions. this wasn’t something i learned clearly until well into my 20s. so wise of you. hard to believe she’s 2…a beautiful child inside and out and an even more wonderful mom who continues to document and admire just how special she really is! The result is the sweetest little prints from PostalPix… Linda – I used Picnik.com to make the collage. They were bought out by Google and will soon be offering all their services for no fee. Woohoo! Robin – The sound quality is perfect (depending on the quality of the record). We are so enjoying having a record player in the home! Mefi and Suzette – I love PostalPix! Thank you, for today’s win! Ordering 365 Manners from Amazon right now! I have read 365 Manners and it was a great reference. This stack made me miss actual books as opposed to my Kindle. These titles look very interesting. I’ve been searching for some new books to read and can’t wait to search them out. Thanks for the ideas! I have to remember that I either have to work with this new generation or manage them at work!  After 32 years of ringing in the New Year in a cool climate, I’ve now experienced the opposite – and plan to continue! It felt so good to put on some SPF and feel the sun’s rays against bare skin as I took time to reflect on all the wonderful blessings brought about in 2011…. jessica - Hi Mary! I uploaded the photos from my iPhone into Aperture and then moved them into picnik.com and used their “collage” feature. Very simple to do. I’m looking for other ways to share too, so if you find any let me know!
